Sette London

Sette London - a beautiful upmarket restuarant & bar situation up a little side street in Knightsbridge - nestled between the tube stop & Harrods was a welcome escape from the busy shopping streets in London. It is the first London location of NYC's Scarpetta Restaurants and is situated on the ground floor of the Bulgari Hotel although has its own entrance which gives it its own identity and feel seperate to having to walk through a hotel lobby.

As expected the interior was immaculate. Rich dark leather and wood was offset by high ceilings, plants and accents of white marble and gold. The whole experience feels luxury from when you walk in - however, we were dressed casually as it was lunchtime and were glad to see others were too.

Serving incredible Italian plates, we could not wait to try the Brunch. Pasta for Brunch? 100% in. First up was an array of pastries, bread and dips , followed by a homemade pasta course and ending with dessert. You can choose from a 2 or 3 course menu or simply pick one dish. However every plate ( including alllll the patries ) was sent back empty. Small enough dished to really enjoy and yet large enough to steer you for enough energy for an afternoon of shopping.

We could not recommend Sette enough. The service was friendly and quick, the restaurant felt luxurious but chilled and welcoming and the food was actually incredible. A gem in Knightsbridge.
